Adriana Martinez, owner and Speech Language Pathologist obtained her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Texas Pan American in 2009 and obtained her graduate degree from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in 2011. While in graduate school, Adriana fell in love with Kingsville’s small-town charm. During that time..., Adriana met a Kingsville native and Kingsville Police Officer, Ernie Martinez. After graduate school. Adriana moved back to her hometown and worked as a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for several years, both at outpatient rehab facilities and home health agencies. In 2016, Adriana made the leap and moved to Kingsville with her husband Ernie and her 4-month-old daughter. For six years, Adriana worked at an outpatient rehab in Alice, Texas where she enjoyed providing therapy services to children in the area and witnessing their progress throughout her tenure.

In January 2023, One World Children’s Rehab was established. Since opening, Adriana has loved being her own her boss and prioritizing quality therapy over quantity. Her goal in the next few years is to expand and provide additional pediatric services for this community.
Adriana enjoys working with children of all abilities; however, her passion is working with children with Childhood Apraxia of Speech and Fluency Disorders. Adriana lives in Kingsville with her husband and beautiful daughter Kristen.
